You must print out the Booking form or the reservation email and bring it with you to Darshan. You will be checked-in by Name and Reservation ID.
Because of the large numbers of people wanting to see Mother each person may only make a booking for ONE Darshan session at ONE of the 3 locations.
You can also register for friends and family members using your own email address. To do so easily press Return to Form and just make the necessary changes (for example change the name if you want to register a friend).
If you wish to make a Group Booking please note that each person must have their own separate reservation ID.
If you need to change or cancel your reservation you should reply to the confirmation email you have already received. Provide your name, the email address you registered with and your Reservation ID.
Do NOT come to the Darshan unless you have a valid reservation for that particular session. Do not come on the off-chance of getting a place.
Please do not bring children under the age of 15 years with you as they receive Darshan through their parents. There are no facilities for children at the venue and Darshan lasts around 2 hours.
