The Edinburgh Academy is located in Stockbridge on the northern fringe of Edinburgh’s historic New Town. Darshans will be held in the Senior School Main Hall.
To get there on foot:
The school is a 20 minute walk from Edinburgh’s Waverly train station and 15 minutes from the Edinburgh bus station. Henderson Row leads west from Dundas Street or east from Kerr Street at Stockbridge.
There are bicycle railings inside the yard by reception. Bicycles are left entirely at the owner’s risk.
The school is a 3 minute walk from a stop on Lothian Bus routes 23 and 27. These travel regularly to/from Princes’ Street. The closest stop is the Dundas Street ‘Sutherland House’ bus stop opposite the Dundas Street RBS offices. The 36 Lothian Bus route also stops on Henderson Row.
200 free, off-street parking spaces are available in the front yard of the school, which can be accessed through the vehicle gates on Henderson Row. Cars parked at the School are left entirely at the owner’s risk.
